1. Number and Date Type Aggregation

When column changes take the values from This Subitem Column, apply This Selector, and update This Column accordingly.

This recipe allows you to aggregate values from subitems into a parent item:

  • Number: Sum, average, minimum, or maximum values.
  • Date: Find the earliest or latest date. Calculate the full range from earliest start to latest end.
  • Timeline: Find the earliest or latest date. Calculate the full range from earliest start to latest end and total days spanned.
