1. Number and Date Type Aggregation

When column changes take the values from This Subitem Column, apply This Selector, and update This Column accordingly.

This recipe allows you to aggregate values from subitems into a parent item:

• Number: Sum, average, minimum, or maximum values.
• Date: Find the earliest or latest date. Calculate the full range from earliest start to latest end.
• Timeline: Find the earliest or latest date. Calculate the full range from earliest start to latest end and total days spanned.

2. Text/Dropdown Aggregation

When a column changes, copy the value from a Subitem Text/Dropdown to This Column

This recipe copies text or selection data from subitems into a text/dropdown column in the parent item.

Supported column types: text, dropdown, long_text

3. Status Type Aggregation

This recipe counts how many subitems have a specific status and calculates percentages of that status.

This recipe collects and counts people assigned in subitems, including distinct people or empty assignments.

When column changes, take the values from This Subitem Time Tracking column, apply This Selector with This Format, and update This Column accordingly.

This recipe sums and calculates average, minimum, and maximum durations from time tracking subitems and formats the result.
